Mindfulness-Behavioral Skills Training™

Mindfulness-Behavioral Skills Training (MBST) is a systematic approach to reducing suffering and fostering well-being.  In Mindfulness-Behavioral Skills Training there’s a strategic and very potent integration of mindfulness based practices, meditative inquiry (as developed by Byron Katie) and behavioral skills training.

Although Mindfulness-Behavioral Skills Training is primarily designed as an approach to relieve suffering, it also has applications as a very powerful personal effectiveness training.  One can learn how to disentangle oneself from deeply ingrained patterns that cause one to respond to family members, work associates, romantic partners, health problems and life challenges with anxiety, hostility, discomfort and ineffectiveness.  Significant and sometimes life-altering results can be achieved.
